School Uniform
A school uniform teaches pupils to dress smartly and take pride in their appearance. This bodes them well for secondary school and the workplace beyond. The school uniform is intended to be smart and practical and makes it easier to get ready for school in the mornings. Please encourage your child to wear school uniform all year round.
As a school, we are committed to reducing school clothing waste as much as we can as uniform gets grown out of so quickly. We have a school uniform bank at the office, where you can collect items that you need for free.
Apart from a medical talisman, stud earrings and watches are the only items of jewellery permitted in school. Watches and earrings should be left at home during PE days. School staff are not responsible for the safekeeping of such valuables. Make up is also not permitted during school hours.

PE KIT
Please ensure that your child brings their PE kit to school each week. Your class teacher and the newsletter will inform you of which days your child will be having PE. It is very important your child wears a PE kit for safety reasons and when using apparatus. All pupils are encouraged to get changed independently for PE. Please do not send your child to school in their PE kit unless they are in the Nursery. We want our children to develop good hygiene habits. If your child has verruca's, they can be covered with a verruca sock or plaster for PE lessons.

Please do not choose baggy tops as these catch on the apparatus
