School Uniform
A school uniform teaches pupils to dress smartly and take pride in their appearance. This bodes them well for secondary school and the workplace beyond. The school uniform is intended to be smart and practical and makes it easier to get ready for school in the mornings. Please encourage your child to wear school uniform all year round.
As a school, we are committed to reducing school clothing waste as much as we can as uniform gets grown out of so quickly. We have a school uniform "Trade Up" where you can collect items that you need for free.
Apart from a medical talisman, stud earrings and a watch (NO Smart Watches please!) are the only items of jewellery permitted in school. Watches and earrings should be left at home during PE days. School staff are not responsible for the safekeeping of such valuables. Make up, false nails and false eyelashes are not permitted during school hours.

PE Kit
Plain House Coloured T - Shirt, Black Sports Shorts (No Denim, must be sports shorts please), Plimsolls or trainers.
Please ensure that your child wears their PE kit to school each week. Your class teacher will inform you of which days your child will be having PE. It is very important your child wears a PE kit for safety reasons, particularly when using apparatus. In cold weather, the children can wear tracksuit/joggers over their shorts and their school jumper over their T Shirt. If your child has verruca's, they can be covered with a verruca sock or plaster for PE lessons where shoes are not worn indoors.
Please no earrings on PE Days. They can easily be caught and cause life long injury.
*All jewellery, including earrings, must be removed and hair must be tied back.
